Lifting appropriate weights can help your weight loss goals as you lose fat, muscle can be toned and your body can look more firm and fit when you weight train. However, if that is beyond your budget, a set of free weights can also help. To vary your routine include exercise balls, bands, some god DVDs and other small props like a chair, mat and a mirror to see that you are on the right track.
